Refund Policy

We want our users to feel confident when purchasing a subscription for TechDraw AI, knowing that if the service doesn't meet their expectations, they can cancel the subscription and request a refund. To ensure customer satisfaction and build trust, we have established the following refund policy.

1. You are eligible for a refund if:

a. You cancel your paid subscription within 7 days of the initial purchase.

b. You have used fewer than 10 credits to generate drawings with our service.

c. You request a refund within 7 days of your initial purchase.

To initiate your refund request, write an email to info@techdrawai.comwith the subject line "Request for Refund".

Important Note: No refund will be provided on the used credits.

2. To cancel your paid subscription, follow these steps:

a. Log in to TechDraw AI and navigate to your Settings.

b. Find your subscription plan in your account settings.

c. Click on "Manage" and proceed to select "Cancel Subscription".

d. Provide reasons for cancellation and submit the request.

3. After the seven-day period or exceeding the credit usage threshold:

If you exceed the credit usage limit or the seven-day refund period, cancellation of your subscription is still possible in accordance with the regular billing schedule of your chosen plan. In such cases, you will not be eligible for a refund, but you can continue using the service until the end of your current billing cycle.

If found eligible, refunds will be processed within 10 business days after your refund request has been approved.

4. EU Consumer Right of Withdrawal

If you are a consumer in the European Union, you have a legal right to withdraw from a digital service contract within 14 days of purchase without giving a reason.

However, by using the Platform's paid features (such as generating AI drawings or accessing premium tools) after subscribing, you acknowledge that the digital service has begun and you consent to waive your right of withdrawal for that billing period, in accordance with Article 16(m) of Directive 2011/83/EU.

If you have not used any paid features within the 14-day withdrawal period, you may request a full refund by contacting us at info@techdrawai.com.

5. Plan Changes

If you switch from a higher-priced plan to a lower-priced plan, the change takes effect at the start of your next billing period. No partial refund is provided for the remaining time on the higher plan, but you retain full access until the period ends.

If you upgrade to a higher-priced plan, the price difference is prorated for the remainder of your current billing period.

6. Your Legal Rights

Nothing in this policy affects your statutory rights under applicable consumer protection laws. If you are unsure about your rights, contact your local consumer protection authority.

EU consumers may submit disputes to the European Commission's Online Dispute Resolution platform at ec.europa.eu/consumers/odr.
