  • Name (if provided via Google sign-in or account settings)
  • Payment information (processed securely by Stripe; We do not store Your card details)
  • Sketches, photos, prompts, and reference files You upload for AI drawing generation
  • Technical drawings, projects, and workspace data You create on the Platform
  • Communications You send to us (support requests, feedback)

3.2 Information Collected Automatically:

  • Device information (browser type, operating system, screen resolution)
  • IP address and approximate geographic location
  • Pages visited, features used, and actions taken on the Platform
  • Referral source (how You found our Platform)
  • Cookies and similar technologies (see our Cookie Policy for details)

4. How We Use Your Information

We use Your personal data for the following purposes:

  • Providing the Service: To create and manage Your account, process Your sketches and prompts through our AI, generate technical drawings, and save Your projects
  • Subscription Management: To process subscription payments, manage billing cycles, and provide access to paid features

6. AI-Generated Content and Your Uploads

When You upload sketches, photos, or write prompts, our AI processes these inputs to generate technical drawings and schematics. Your uploads and generated drawings are stored securely to allow You to access Your projects. We do not use Your uploads or drawings to train AI models without Your explicit consent.

AI-generated drawings are provided as a starting point for Your engineering work. They must be reviewed and approved by a qualified engineer before being used for manufacturing, construction, or any safety-critical purpose.

7. Data Sharing and Third-Party Processors

We do not sell Your personal data. We share Your data only with the following third-party service providers who process data on our behalf:

  • Stripe (subscription payment processing)
  • Google Cloud Platform (AI processing and cloud storage)
  • Vercel (website hosting)
  • Google Analytics (website traffic analytics)

Each processor is bound by data processing agreements and processes data only as instructed by Us. We ensure all processors provide adequate data protection.

8. International Data Transfers

Some of our third-party processors operate outside the European Economic Area (EEA). Where data is transferred outside the EEA, We ensure appropriate safeguards are in place, including Standard Contractual Clauses (SCCs) approved by the European Commission or adequacy decisions.

  • Payment records: Retained for up to 10 years as required by Slovak tax and accounting law.
  • Analytics data: Retained for up to 24 months, then anonymized or deleted.
  • Support communications: Retained for up to 24 months after resolution.
